Private traditonal sauna experience far away from rush

During traditional sauna experience you get to know more about our home and lifestyle next to the wilderness area Muotkatunturi. In addition you learn about hundreds of years old sauna traditions in Finland. We also show you how to warm up the sauna properly and share our knowledge of healthful impacts of sauna. After the sauna has warmed up you enjoy this relaxing sauna tradition beneficial both body and mind in silence and peace. Furthermore you enjoy local sauna snack with cold drink in the cabin.

Our one-of-a-kind sauna cabin has traditional wood burning stove, water saving shower and faucet. There is a composting freezing toilet in the bathroom as well. The living room has a small wood burning stove and large windows to the north/north-west which is ideal for admiring Aurora borealis if they are around.

Sauna experience is safe for a healthy person. If you have any doubts about your health, we recommend you to consult your physician before booking the experience.

We highly recommend you bring your own camera in case there are active auroras in the sky.

The guiding of our sauna experience is in English, Finnish or German.

If a cancellation is 

• more than 7 days prior to the arrival, 30€ office cost will be charged
• 7-0 days prior to the arrival, 100% of the total amount is charged
